SHIPPING

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

We charge a flat rate of $8 for an order to be delivered within Australia. Please contact us at hello@eversohomely.com.au if your international shipping rate does not display.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You will be able to track your delivery through this link. Any queries, please contact hello@eversohomely.com.au.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Kitchen Tidy when pre-order open, shipping is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Once it comes into stock, and order is placed it will be shipped within 2 to 3 days. All orders are shipped with Australia Post and a tracking number will be sent via email once it has been dispatched. We can not be responsible of any extended postage time frames with Australia Post once dispatched. At times pre-order times can be longer than the usual waiting period if shipping delays occur internationally.

Organisational labels are made to order and will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. All orders are shipped with Australia post and a tracking number will be sent via email once it has been dispatched. We can not be responsible of any extended postage time frames with Australia post once dispatched.

Digital Checklists and eBooks once purchased are immediately delivered to your inbox. No shipping charges apply. This is not a physical product. Any issues, please contact hello@eversohomely.com.au.

I HAVE ORDERED A COMNBINATION OF PRODUCTS. WILL I RECEIVE ALL TOGETHER?

No, all orders a shipped separately.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept any returns or refunds on the organisational labels or digital downloads of products. Please choose carefully.

For the Kitchen Tidy if item has not been received or has been received damaged, please contact hello@eversohomlely.com.au within 7 days with images of damaged item and order number. Once we assess the situation we may either refund or replace. For change of mind, once item has been returned (return postage payable via customer) a 10% restocking fee will be taken off total product price and the balance will be refunded, less postage.
